OUR STORY
Designer Guide began in 2015, on a year abroad in Paris. Instagram was new, content creation was experimental, and Bryony, our founder, was simply chasing inspiration — wandering the city’s arrondissements, exploring every hidden cafe and art gallery she could find.
What started as daily photo posts of her favourite discoveries soon evolved into curated city guides — an early ode to beauty, culture, and creative connection.
A decade later, that spark has evolved into what Designer Guide is today — immersive design journeys that bring the magic of discovery back to real life.
Because in a world that’s increasingly digital, we believe creativity still begins with being there — seeing, feeling, and experiencing it for yourself.

Hi, I’m Bryony — a creative director, interior designer, and brand sTRATEGIST with 15 years in the design world.
My career has taken me from art directing major brand photoshoots to planning Vancouver’s biggest industry events to running my own residential design firm. At my core, I’m here to create inspiring, bucket-list experiences for kindred creatives who crave beauty, connection, and meaning.
Travel is where I feel most alive — drawn to the novelty, artistry, and magic of creation in all its forms: food, interiors, fine art, and architecture.
Each tour I DESIGN is a five-sense journey — personally vetted for how it feels, sounds, smells, and tastes — not just how it looks.
My strengths lie in innovation, curation, and community building, guided by an unwavering eye for detail — all in service of transcending the ordinary. While technology may connect us, the true magic happens in real life, with real people, in real moments.
