When the next tour is confirmed, we’ll send you a detailed information package and invite the first 8–10 people on the list to a short online meeting. This is our chance to connect, answer your questions, and ensure the experience feels like the right fit.Secure your spot.
If it’s a great match, you’ll receive a private registration link to confirm your place with a 50% deposit.

Each Designer Guide itinerary features a thoughtfully curated mix of experiences designed to inspire and expand your creative horizons. Every destination is researched and curated by designers, for designers — with a focus on meaningful access to architecture, interiors, art, culture, and design.
Before confirming your place, you’ll receive a detailed welcome package outlining exactly what is included in your specific tour, along with the full itinerary, pricing, and any elements that are not included.

Every group is intentionally small — just 8–10 guests — to ensure intimacy, exclusive access, and meaningful connection throughout the journey.

Pricing varies by destination, duration, and level of accommodation. Each journey blends luxury with accessibility, sitting in a refined mid-to-high range that reflects the quality of experiences and partners we work with.
You’ll receive full pricing details and inclusions before making any commitment.

Once you’ve met with Bryony and confirmed your interest, you’ll receive a private registration link and have 5 days to pay a 50% deposit before the spot is released to the next person on the waitlist.
The remaining balance is due 45–60 days before the tour begins, depending on the destination.
If you can no longer attend, your spot will be offered to the waitlist. If it’s successfully filled, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the tour’s specific policies.
All payment and cancellation details will be clearly outlined in your welcome package prior to registration.
